On the map is marked: Val Canč ’s Chamois Stelvio - Meetings with Flocks of Chamois are frequent over 2000m in all seasons in Val Canč. Female chamois and their kids live in herds, grown-up males tend to live solitary for most of the year.

Marmots seem like brown dog with black muzzles like rabbit, soft long queues, they whistle like eagles! Very loud whistles of marmots are frequent in Stelvio National Park over 2.000m altitude.
