Kathmandu is the capital and biggest city of Nepal (950.000 inhabitants), the city of Patan belongs to the surrounding area of Kathmandu city, both are located in the outstanding Kathmandu Valley which has been deemed a UNESCO World Heritage site. Kathmandu è la capitale la città più grande del Nepal (950.000 abitanti), Kathmandu è attaccata alla città di Patan che spesso viene confusa come quartiere o zona di Kathmandu. Entrambe si collocano nella straordinaria Valle di Kathmandu ritenuta Patrimonio Mondiale dall’Unesco.
